Downtown Phoenix\u2019s nightlife scene is gearing up for a major new addition as construction officially begins on Pablo\u2019s<\/a>, a highly anticipated multi-room destination from Saguaro Nights Entertainment Group<\/a>. Set inside a 9,000-square-foot historic building at McKinley Street and First Avenue, the project marks the start of a transformation that will turn the existing structure into an immersive, room-by-room experience designed to shift in mood, material, and energy as guests move through the space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Demolition is underway and is expected to be completed by the end of the month, clearing the way for new construction and the layered vision behind Pablo\u2019s. The journey is designed to begin before guests even step inside, on an outdoor front patio that feels like the threshold to a hacienda. Sand-colored walls, terracotta planters, softly lit desert trees, built-in benches, and generous seating set a warm, welcoming tone that eases the transition from the street into a more transportive environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside, an entrance hall with a starry, perforated ceiling draws guests down a glowing corridor toward the courtyard, where textured masonry and latticework frame an open-to-the-sky gathering space. As the evening unfolds, shifting light patterns play across the walls and floor while guests move between cozy seating clusters, low tables, and the DJ booth. The courtyard functions as both a crossroads and an anchor, a place to pause, reconnect, and choose where the night goes next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From there, the venue branches into a series of distinct rooms, each with its own personality. Pablo\u2019s Living Room serves as the heart of Pablo\u2019s House, pairing illustrated ceiling panels with a skull-lined wall for a richly detailed backdrop. Centered around a large bar designed for connection, the room leans social and conversational, the kind of place where strangers strike up talks and the tone of the night begins to take shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Billiards Room channels the spirit of a Mexican social lounge, where games and rituals drive the energy. A vintage pool table anchors the space alongside dominoes and communal tables. Lucha libre imagery and collected artwork line the walls, with matches frozen in time and playing on repeat, creating a playful, nostalgic atmosphere where the night tends to stretch longer than planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
