For the 24th consecutive year, the shopping destination will host the towering tradition, welcoming a breathtaking 70-foot white fir that\u2019s sure to light up the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tree will arrive at 6:30 a.m. on November 5, making a dramatic entrance on a 40-foot flatbed truck. Santa Claus will accompany the delivery aboard a Daisy Mountain fire engine. It will sparkle with more than 1.5 miles of LED lights, about 10,000 bulbs, and be adorned with 5,000 ornaments and bows. Crowning the display is a three-foot-tall copper star, a nod to Arizona\u2019s official state metal. Once fully decorated, the tree will weigh nearly four tons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After traveling more than 750 miles to reach the Valley, the majestic fir will be brought to life by a dedicated 10-person team who will spend two weeks and more than 120 hours shaping and decorating the massive centerpiece using articulating boom lifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images with more than 25 saplings grown from the same tree.
