The Hance Park Conservancy<\/a>, in collaboration with the Phoenix Parks & Rec Department, is gearing up to host the 10th annual Noche en Blanco<\/a> on October 25, 2025, from 5 to 10 p.m. Presented by Clayco, Valley Coffee Company, and The Arizona Center, this landmark event will transform downtown into a celebration of culture, community, and civic pride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inspired by the world-renowned \u201cd\u00eener en blanc\u201d concept that originated in Paris, the event invites guests to dress in white cocktail or costume attire and take part in an elegant open-air dinner on the East Lawn at Margaret T. Hance Park. The park will be adorned with white-linen tables, glowing lights, and a series of multicultural performances that reflect the diversity and creativity of the Phoenix arts scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPhoenix continues to thrive because of events like Noche en Blanco that bring people together through shared experiences,\u201d said Mayor Kate Gallego, who will serve as Honorary Chair. \u201cThis 10-year milestone speaks to the passion and commitment of the Hance Park Conservancy and its partners who have made this celebration of community, culture, and civic pride one of the most beloved traditions in our city.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hosting the evening will be Mitch Menchaca, Arts and Culture Director for the City of Phoenix. Co-chairing the event are Leah Fregulia, Vice President of the Hance Park Conservancy Board of Trustees, and Catrina Kahler, President & CEO of Artlink and Secretary of the Conservancy\u2019s board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOver the past decade, Noche en Blanco has become more than an event – it\u2019s a movement that celebrates what\u2019s possible when a community comes together around public space, the arts, and shared values,\u201d said Rick Naimark, President of the Hance Park Conservancy. \u201cThis year, we\u2019re proud to honor that legacy while looking ahead to an even more vibrant future for Hance Park.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The evening serves as a major fundraiser for the Hance Park Conservancy, a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring the long-term sustainability and community-driven revitalization of Hance Park, which is home to several cultural institutions, including the Burton Barr Central Library<\/a>, the Japanese Friendship Garden<\/a>, the Irish Cultural Center<\/a>, the Great Arizona Puppet Theatre<\/a>, the Cutler-Plotkin Jewish Heritage Center<\/a>, Phoenix Center for the Arts<\/a>, and a well-loved dog park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All proceeds from the evening benefit the conservancy and support its work alongside the City of Phoenix and Phoenix Community Alliance to bring the Hance Park Master Plan to life: a vision of a world-class urban park for future generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2025 event will feature Bonita Bonita Wine by Arizona natives Nikki and Brie Garcia, along with gourmet bites curated by Conceptually Social Catering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
