The Tianyu Lights Festival will illuminate the Valley from October 25 to January 5 with enchanting art pieces illuminated by more than 40 sets of larger-than-life lantern sculptures.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The walk-through outdoor wonderland blends art and nature while maintaining its Asian roots. It is held at Camelback Ranch every Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

As guests enter the event space, they may be awe-struck by a luminous forest setting surrounding a three-story tall \u201cbutterfly tree.\u201d The gigantic centerpiece changes color as guests spot animals and plants in the glowing forest setting from across wetlands, deserts and rainforests.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All displays, made of gigantic lantern sculptures, are crafted by skilled artists and artisans using a mix of metal, steel, fabric, and LED lights. The four themed sections include the illuminated forest, a whimsical wonderland, \u201cPanda Land,\u201d and an ocean-themed voyage.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

The second section symbolizes a dream adorned with unicorns, fairies, and fire-breathing dragons. This fairytale section is a colorful paradise filled with vibrant art.\u00a0Up next, a glowing destination called \u201cPanda Land\u201d is well-known thanks to its kid-friendly area of panda sculptures. This section quickly becomes a memory-maker with animated additions, encouraging interactions and photo ops. The final stretch is a must \u201csea\u201d for its astonishing display of ocean life. The water-themed section concludes with a striking 100-foot shark tunnel.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

For guests who aren\u2019t ready for the magical night to end, there is a marketplace where they can shop for souvenirs and crafts reminiscent of the bewitching venture around the Tianyu Lights Festival. The marketplace also features a food court with various snacks and drinks for purchase.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Tianyu Lights Festival has visited more than 35 cities across the United States and Europe, but this will be its first time in the Valley. A portion of the event proceeds will stay local to benefit the community.<\/p>\n\n\n

Tickets are on sale online with deals for families and groups of 10 or more. Tickets for guests 3 to 11 are $18; guests 12 and above are $25 per person. Parking at the venue at 10710 W.
