This new Valley experience allows Phoenix-area golfers to work on their swing no matter the time of day.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 18-hole, par 3-golf course allows for quicker play on nine or 18 holes, which is ideal for late-night games. Golfers can enjoy 360-degree views of downtown Tempe, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix, the Phoenix Zoo and the Papago Buttes as they track the ball through the night sky.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s really special to be able to add night golf to an already amazing daytime golf experience. The lights are a game changer for golf in the Phoenix area,\u201d says Grass Clippings CEO Jake Hoselton. \u201cWhen the nighttime rolls around and you want to get out with some friends to enjoy the desert sky, under the stars in the moonlight . . . it&#8217;s perfect.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grass Clippings at Rolling Hills reopened on November 3 following a four-month renovation project, which included a newly designed ninth hole, new tee boxes, a new state-of-the-art irrigation system and a 15,000-square-foot practice putting green.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The renovations also include new expansions to the indoor facilities of the course including a new Mexican restaurant, patio bar and golf shop. New additions to the outdoor facilities such as a hilltop bar near hole 8, an activity lawn and an entertainment site for live music, markets and events will be added as well. These projects are expected to be completed by fall 2024.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The golf course is open daily and night golf is available until midnight Friday through Sunday and 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
