Many people find that their schedules vary day to day, making it seem impossible to stay committed to the gym and form a routine. Instead of skipping the gym due to a time crunch try these 5 plyometric movements you can pretty much perform anywhere. Pick one or mix and match a few for a fun, time efficient workout that will firm up your body in no time!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>15 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=wg1aM2MLynM\">sumo squat jumps<\/a> superset with 20 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=y7Iug7eC0dk\">jumping lunges<\/a>. Repeat for 5 rounds total.<\/li>\n<li>Jump rope as fast as you can for 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Repeat 8 times.<\/li>\n<li>50 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=nmwgirgXLYM\">mountain climbers<\/a> superset with 15 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CVaEhXotL7M\">squat jumps<\/a>.\u00a0Repeat 5 times.<\/li>\n<li>Jump with both feet to the right and then to the left as fast as you can. Complete 15 reps on each side 5 times through.<\/li>\n<li>15 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0aUvtRP9Q0I\">speed skaters<\/a> superset with 10 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=TU8QYVW0gDU\">burpees<\/a>.
