Get ready to sweat with new kid on the fitness block,\u00a0Sweatshop on Central<\/strong><\/a>. Opening in Uptown Plaza on\u00a0Friday, November 10, Sweatshop on Central will be whipping bodies into shape with yoga sessions, cycling classes and barre workouts, from\u00a06 a.m. to 6 p.m.\u00a0daily.<\/p>\n

Focused on dynamic synchronized breath and movement, yoga flow sessions will take place in the studio’s heated yoga room. Throughout the 65-minute class, inversions and arm balances may be offered with options for each level of practice.<\/p>\n

Designed to lengthen and tone the body, Sweatshop on Central’s 60-minute barre classes will engage all major muscle groups while maintaining flexibility and promoting dancer-like tone and flexibility.<\/p>\n

Sweatshop on Central’s spin classes will provide a fun and challenging cardio workout designed to build endurance and boost riders’ heart rates. The spin studio comes complete with lighting effects and bumpin\u2019 beats set to the hills, sprints and climbs of the ride.<\/p>\n

Post class, gym goers can enjoy Uptown Plaza offerings like a nutrient dense bowl from Flower Child to refuel or a not so nutrient dense pint at Huss Brewing to keep the buzz going.<\/p>\n

Sweatshop on Central will also have its own retail store featuring on trend workout gear, apparel and accessories from brands like Spiritual Gangster<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Onzie<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Manduka<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
