In 2003, she started a free daily email subscriber service for eating tips and diet news to about 100 of her friends. Well today those emails go to more than 650,000 subscribers.<\/p>\n<p>Lillien tried every diet you can think of and still managed to fluctuate in her weight within about 20 pounds. It wasn\u2019t until she gave up dry carbs (flour, bread, pasta and starches) and started drinking 14 glasses of water a day for a full year that she dropped almost 30 pounds and three sizes.
