\nQ: Hello Dr. Repta. It\u2019s been about a year since I had my second child. I am not planning on having any more children. I\u2019d like to get a tummy tuck to remove the loose skin and stretch marks. I would like to be able to wear a bikini again but I\u2019m concerned that the scars will prevent me from doing so. A: Hello Sue. Great question and one aspect of the tummy tuck procedure that many women (and men) struggle with. I think the bigger question is: How can we perform a tummy tuck that doesn\u2019t make you look like you\u2019ve had a tummy tuck? Over the last nine years of performing tummy tucks and mommy makeovers, I have focused on this very question myself. How do I get the best tummy tuck result without leaving behind telltale signs of surgery?<\/p>\n

By re-defining how the tummy tuck is designed and performed I believe prospective tummy tuck patients can now have the best of both worlds. The abdomen and waist can be thinned and tightened to create the very best result possible and the final result can be natural with the final incision lines hidden and nearly imperceptible.<\/p>\n
