through 3, Cave Creek will challenge Scottsdale to the public stage at its <a href=\"http:\/\/wildwestdayscavecreek.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Wild West Days<\/a> event.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights will include a \u201cBull Riding Showdown\u201d with Cave Creek Town Manager Rodney Glassman versus Scottsdale City Manager Fritz Behring and a \u201cQuick Draw Shootout\u201d between Cave Creek Mayor
