EXTRA EXTRA!

It's been reported that on its opening night, Transformers: Dark of the Moon racked in over $13.5 million! There's no question that this instillation of the hit big-screen series would smash the box office- the only thing we were a little apprehensive about was whether Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who plays Carly, Sam's (Shia LaBeouf) new girlfriend, could measure up to the outrageously sexy Megan Fox. While Fox is certainly a sultry seductress, there's no doubt that Huntington-Whiteley is one English babe.

It certainly was weird to not see Megan Fox and her specialty for knowing cars as she ran from scene to scene without letting her sex appeal fall to the wayside. Also, you have to admit how awkward it was to hear Shia's character Sam talk about how she (Megan Fox's character Mikaela) dumped him and he upgraded to better. We thought it'd be Sam and Mikaela forever! But as we all know, all good things come to an end, and although we're sad that Megan got the boot, Director Michael Bay chose well with Rosie. She looked great alongside Shia and definitely held her own. Plus, she made her way through the barren battlezone of Chicago without barely getting a spec of dirt on her ivory jacket.
