New UltraStar Multi-tainment Center Opens in Phoenix

Residents of the Valley and Maricopa will experience movie-going in a completely different light with the new UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin Circle in Phoenix. The $50 million project opened its doors to the public on Nov. 15, delivering on its promise of “One Stop, Non-Stop Entertainment.”

The new entertainment center marks the fourth UltraStar Cinemas in Arizona. UltraStar Cinemas is anything but your regular movie theater; rather, the movie group is recognized for pioneering the digital age of cinema in all 134 screens at 13 sites throughout Southern California and Arizona. With UltraStar Cinemas and an array of other features, a total of nine venues, the new facility at Ak-Chin Circle is a one-stop shop for all things entertaining.

The 170,000-sq.-ft. complex features everything and anything an entertainment junkie would want and more. From 12-screen state-of-the-art Pure Digital Cinema® with 3D capabilities and D-BOX motion seats to a Play 'n Win Game Center, a redemption arcade for all ages, an advanced 24-lane bowling center to a plethora of gourmet and casual restaurants to choose from.
