(Milagro does happen to be the 2012 Arizona Taco Festival Grand Champion, after all.) Flatbreads, tortas, salads, soups, skewers, pasta dishes and much more&#8211;in addition to tacos&#8211;make up the Milagro menu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Stars of the long starter menu include a traditional and tasty guacamole and the unique PB &amp; J de Puerco (pictured). The citrus-tinged Al Pastor is divine, chock full of roasted pork, ancho chile, avocado crema, pineapple and orange. (Each plate includes three of the same tacos.) To round out the dish, try Milagro&#8217;s zesty rice and frijoles blancos, a flavorful bean side with tomato, sherry and oregano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Milagro&#8217;s tortas are perfect for diners with a heartier appetite. The Filadelfia is a crowd pleaser, bursting with skirt steak, serrano chiles, shallots, papas, tomato and\u00a0mahon cheese. On the side, yummy papas fritas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Apart from tasty eats, Milagro boasts an extensive tequila lineup and a just-launched dog-friendly patio so your four-legged
