\nKevin and Amy Binkley, the culinary luminaries behind Binkley\u2019s restaurant and Cafe Bink, have unveiled their newest dining spot, Bink\u2019s Midtown. \u201cKevin and I are excited about the opportunity to create a new restaurant offering guests the intimacies of a local, neighborhood destination with fresh food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We hope guests feel comfortable and at home and think of Bink\u2019s as a place where they can enjoy themselves with family and friends,\u201d Amy Binkley says.
\nThe fresh restaurant, located at 2320 E. Osborn Road in the space that previously housed Sophie\u2019s, features a menu that showcase Kevin Binkley\u2019s (who is a 2013 James Beard culinary award finalist for the Best Chef in the Southwest) \u201cappreciation and imaginative preparation of locally grown produce and vegetables\u201d via cold or hot produce offerings, salads and soups, appetizers, sandwiches, entrees and desserts.
\nBink\u2019s Midtown will also host a full bar with an array of beer, a three-tiered wine menu and cocktails. Bink\u2019s Midtown will also offer wine on tap.
\nThe new Phoenix restaurant boasts abundant natural lighting, French doors, restored wood floors, two garden patios for alfresco dining and an outdoor fireplace.
