The dinner will feature special guest mixologist Clint Spotleson from Mabel\u2019s on Main. To make reservations for this dinner, call 602.358.8666.<br \/>\nFrom 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27, Gilbert&#8217;s <strong>Blue Wasabi Sushi &amp; Martini Bar<\/strong> will host Sushi School. For $35 per person, Blue Wasabi&#8217;s sushi chef will host a hands-on session to teach attendees all they&#8217;ll ever need to know about sushi and how to make it at home. Guests will get to sample three to four sushi rolls, all materials needed to make sushi and a makisu (sushi mat) to take home.<br \/>\n<strong>Eric Glomski<\/strong>, owner of Page Springs Cellars, will host a winemaker&#8217;s dinner at Whole Foods in Chandler on Jan. 29. The five-course pairing dinner is $30 per person. The reception starts at 6 p.m., and the event is semi-formal. Seating is limited; to reserve your spot, call 480.821.9447.
