Diners are invited to hitch a ride through Latin American via delicious Latin-inspired food and drink&#8211;without ever having to leave Phoenix. The series kicks off in February.<br \/>\nEach Latin Passport Dinner Series begins on the first Saturday of the month (dates below), and each series will highlight a different Latin country. Each dinner series features a four-course menu. Each dinner in the Latin Passport Dinner series is $35 per person with supplemental beverage pairings available. (Beverage pairings will highlight cocktails and wines from the featured regions.)<br \/>\nHere is the six-month lineup:<br \/>\n<em>\u2022 Brazil \u2013 February 2, 9, 16, 23<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2022 Nicaragua \u2013 March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2022 Panama \u2013 April 6, 13, 20, 27<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2022 El Salvador \u2013 May 4, 11, 18, 25<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2022 Mexico \u2013 June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2022 Chile \u2013 July 6, 13, 20, 27<\/em><br \/>\nTo kick off the Latin Passport Dinner Series, Province has provided a fruity caipirinha recipe, a popular Brazilion libation.<br \/>\n<strong>Cherry Caipirinha<\/strong><br \/>\n1 \u00bd ounce Cabana Cacha\u00e7a<br \/>\n\u00bd ounce Luxardo Marascino<br \/>\n\u00bd ounce mint syrup<br \/>\n\u00bd ounce lime juice<br \/>\n\u00bd ounce lemon juice<br \/>\n\u00bd ounce simple syrup<br \/>\nSoda water<br \/>\n3 dashes Peychaud\u2019s bitters<br \/>\nHandful of fresh cherries, pitted<br \/>\nMint leaves<br \/>\nMint sprigs<br \/>\n<em>Muddle six cherries with mint leaves in a water glass. Add ice and other ingredients, fill with soda water and stir.
