\nWho says you can’t fondue on a diet? The Valley’s Melting Pot restaurants have debuted a new Skinny Dipping menu, three courses that come in at less than 700 calories. The Melting Pot also has a selection of yummy, low-calorie cocktails for diners to choose from. The menu is available through March 31. So instead of forgoing your get-fit New Year’s resolution, sample the Skinny Dipping menu instead:
