The sixth annual Forks &amp; Corks event, presented by Arizona Hotel &amp; Lodging Association (AzHLA), the Arizona Restaurant &amp; Hospitality Association (ARHA) and the Arizona resort and restaurant community, will commence at the Camelback Esplanade (east end of the complex in the outside courtyard area) this Thursday, April 2, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Chefs from more than 25 Valley dining destinations, including Kai (Arizona\u2019s only Five Star\/Five Diamond restaurant), The Arizona Biltmore, The District at Sheraton Downtown, Royal Palms, Loew\u2019s Ventana Canyon and Fleming\u2019s, to name a few, will be there to represent. And there will be plenty of chances to win one-of-a-kind getaways (summer vacation time is coming up!) and gift certificates via the silent auction. Plus, all proceeds will go towards providing scholarships for the Arizona Hotel and Restaurant Education Foundations and to promote cuisine from Arizona\u2019s top-notch assortment of restaurants and resorts.<br \/>\nTickets are $75 or $65 with advance purchase.
