The stars of Arizona\u2019s culinary scene will be gracing the small screen this evening as Barbara Fenzl hosts \u201cEight\u2019s Centennial Cooking Celebration\u201d airing tonight at 7 p.m. on Eight, Arizona PBS. Some of the Valley\u2019s top chefs\u2013including a few James Beard Award winners and nominees\u2013will join Fenzl, a noted cookbook author and culinary teacher, during this highly anticipated two-hour special. Each chef will hit the stage before a live studio audience to prepare a dish.<br \/>\n\u201cEight\u2019s Centennial Cooking Celebration\u201d draws inspiration from the Arizona Centennial-themed cookbook \u201c100 Years, 100 Recipes, 100 Chefs\u201d and\u00a0the Eight program, which is locally produced,\u00a0pays tribute to the rich history of cuisine in Arizona.
