The stars of Arizona&#8217;s culinary scene will be gracing the small screen this evening as Barbara Fenzl hosts &#8220;Eight\u2019s Centennial Cooking Celebration&#8221; airing tonight at 7 p.m. on Eight, Arizona PBS. Some of the Valley&#8217;s top chefs&#8211;including a few James Beard Award winners and nominees&#8211;will join Fenzl, a noted cookbook author and culinary teacher, during this highly anticipated two-hour special. Each chef will hit the stage before a live studio audience to prepare a dish.<br \/>\n&#8220;Eight\u2019s Centennial Cooking Celebration&#8221; draws inspiration from the Arizona Centennial-themed cookbook &#8220;100 Years, 100 Recipes, 100 Chefs&#8221; and\u00a0the Eight program, which is locally produced,\u00a0pays tribute to the rich history of cuisine in Arizona.
