Of course, the event would not be possible without the help of local sponsors. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at the young age of 56 and died a year later. My kids never got to know her. They missed out on having the most wonderful grandmother ever in their lives and my grandkids, all\u00a0five of them, have no idea who she was. She was gorgeous, a fabulous dancer, the life of the party.
