\nArizona residents are lucky to have access to six national forests throughout our state; however, it takes plenty of funds to keep the parks in good condition, keep animals healthy and the rivers flowing. And one Valley restaurant is making sure the forests stay health.
\nEvery Sunday (starting July 1)\u00a0leading up to Labor Day, Phoenix’s Bobby-Q is offering four half-orders of Bobby-Q\u2019s best barbecue meats, a choice of two sides and four cornbreads for only $28 to share with the whole family. For every barbecue bundle purchased, $2 will be donated to the USDA Forest Service\u2019s Plant a Tree Program. Forest fires raid these lands every year and for only $10 a new tree can be planted to keep these forests alive. In the to-go bag, guests will also receive a complimentary map that can be used as their own summer guide. The barbecue bundle includes:
