\nAround the country, people will celebrate the Fourth of July in the backyards, slinging hamburgers and hot dogs at the barbecue. Distrito, Iron Chef Jose Garces\u2019 incredible restaurant at Scottsdale\u2019s The Saguaro hotel, is also dishing up barbecue on honor of Independence Day via its barbacoa tasting menu. From 5 p.m. to 10\u00a0p.m. on Wednesday, July 4 through Saturday, July 7, Distrito will offer a $45 prix fixe dinner highlighting its expansive barbacoa, or Mexican barbecue, menu of slow-cooked, smoked meats. The limited-time\u00a0menu includes three courses, dessert and two cocktail pairings. Here\u2019s a look at what you can expect:
\nFirst Course: Chilango Chopped Salad, Shrimp Ceviche<\/em>
\n Second Course: Yucatan-Style Smoked Chicken, Cochinita Pibil, Esquites<\/em>
\n Third course: Black Angus Beef Brisket, Berkshire Port Spare Ribs, Ejotes, Frijoles Charros<\/em>
\n Dessert: Churros<\/em>
\n Cocktails: Distrito Diablo and Pineapple Cherry Sidecar<\/em>
