With the book as our guide, we\u2019ll take a look at the American table and learn to make regional favorites that are perfect for casual entertaining or a delicious spread for your family. Classes taught by Sur La Table Chefs. Classes scheduled for June 19 and 20, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. $69 per person.
