\nThe Skinny Italian Kitchen, a Mancuso Restaurant, will join the likes of Ocean Prime and Blue Martini at Phoenix’s CityCenter of CityNorth when it opens this summer. The restaurant will feature traditional Italian cuisine with a healthy twist. \u201cIt is a privilege to work with Bobby Mancuso on this new dining concept,\u201d says Leslie Himley, marketing director for CityCenter of CityNorth. \u201cWith more than 40 years experience in the local restaurant industry, Mancuso\u2019s family-owned Skinny Italian Kitchen will resonate with local families and our ever-increasing office and residential tenants.
\nIn addition to healthful Italian fare that won’t bust budgets, the menu at The Skinny Italian Kitchen will feature several vegetarian and vegan options as well as gluten-free and traditional Italian entrees and sandwiches.
