The series welcomes noted food writers and cookbook authors to the Valley and allows locals to cook alongside them&#8211;learning, eating and have lots of fun along the way. Open to resort guests and non-guests alike, the Inside the Chef&#8217;s Studio classes are $50 per person and include the author&#8217;s cookbook and lunch (the meal prepared during the class and wine).
