Chandler’s BLD restaurant (from the folks who brought Chandler the amazing Cork Restaurant) is hosting a special four-course dinner later this week, Thursday, Jan. 19. BLD restaurant\u2019s Executive Chef Ehren Litzenberger has created the All-American Pork & Pints dinner–four courses of pork-centric dishes using top-quality meat and farm-fresh ingredients. Each delectable course will be matched and served with pints of American-style craft beers (some of which are local) specially chosen to enhance and complement each course.
