Two seatings are available at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.<br \/>\nHighlights of the Afternoon Tea\u00a0menu include:<br \/>\nSmoked Salmon with Cream Fraiche &amp; Cucumber, served open-face on pumpernickel<br \/>\nEgg Salad with Sea Salt Tomatoes &amp; Bibb Lettuce, served open-face on egg brioche<br \/>\nLobster Dill Salad in Profiterole<br \/>\nHouse Roast Turkey with Arizona Orange Marmalade, on cranberry bread<br \/>\nSmoked Chicken Fig, Goat Cheese, on pecan raisin bread<br \/>\nProsciutto Melon Lollipops<br \/>\nAmong the vegetarian options:<br \/>\nTomato Confit &amp; Broccoli with Walnut Pesto, Hose-Pulled Mozzarella &amp; Caramelized Onion Focaccia<br \/>\nMinted Cucumber with Fossil Creek Goat Cheese, on onion bread<br \/>\nWild Mushroom Gorgonzola \u201cPop\u201dovers<br \/>\nHeirloom Tomato &amp; Caprese with Fresh Basil, served open face<br \/>\nApple Grape and Almond Profiteroles<br \/>\nSweet Potato with White Currants &amp; Fig Spread, on walnut bread<br \/>\nGuests may select from the following array of black, green and white teas and infusions:<br \/>\nBlack: Bombay Chai, Pomegranate Blackberry, Hazelnut Truffle<br \/>\nGreen: Green Mango Peach, Cucumber Mint<br \/>\nWhite: Ginger and Pear, White Ambrosia,<br \/>\nHerbal Infusions: African Solstice, Flora<br \/>\nBiltmore Blends: Sage, Blueberry Green Tea<br \/>\nEach month will feature a different freshly baked scone and dessert menu, including themed seasonal menus.
