Maraschino cherry liqueur<br \/>\nLemon slice for garnish<br \/>\n<em>In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients. Add a generous amount of ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass half-filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of lemon.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>10 Cane Crush<\/strong><br \/>\n1 \u00bd oz. 10 Cane rum<br \/>\n\u00be oz. Luxardo maraschino cherry liqueur<br \/>\n\u00be oz. Berentzen apple liqueur<br \/>\n\u00bd oz. Fresh squeezed lime juice<br \/>\n2 Matchbox sized pieces of fresh pineapple<br \/>\n2 Long, thin slices of fresh ginger root<br \/>\n1 T Bar sugar<br \/>\nPineapple leaf for garnish<br \/>\n<em>Muddle pineapple, ginger and sugar in the bottom of a mixing glass until they turn into a consistent paste. Add the rest of the ingredients and fill the mixing glass half way with ice. Shake briefly and pour unstrained into a rocks or old-fashioned glass.
