Now, the restaurant is serving up even more tasty seafood&#8211;this time, in the form of sushi. And Mastro&#8217;s Ocean Club wasn&#8217;t messing around when it came time to decide which chef would create the new sushi menu. Angel Carbajal, of the award-winning Nick-San Restaurant and Sushi Bar in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, developed the new sushi items.
