My husband looks forward to the start of the season every September (it starts this week), and I look forward to any excuse to indulge in a cold glass of beer and some chicken wings. Scottsdale&#8217;s Spotted Donkey Cantina is now dishing up an even better way to take in those Saturday college football games with the debut of its Donkey Wraps &amp; Drafts menu. For only $9, diners can pop in on game day (Saturdays) and order a delish wrap and a beer. But what about the game?
