Who doesn\u2019t love to eat pancakes and scrambled eggs after a long day at the office? Well, many Valley restaurants are switching things up and offering sweet, dessert-inspired breakfasts to give our days a sweet start. Now, it\u2019s certainly not smart to switch up your egg white omelet or granola for chocolate chip pancakes every day. But on those occasional leisurely Saturday mornings, we think a bananas foster waffle would be mighty tasty. The pancakes are made from scratch, and crowned with delish strawberries and\u2013the pi\u00e8ce de r\u00e9sistance\u2013shortcake crumbles. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chompies.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.chompies.com\/<\/a>.<br \/>\nThe finger-lickin\u2019-good apple fritters at <strong>Joe\u2019s Farm Grill<\/strong> in Gilbert are served hot and rolled in cinnamon sugar.
