Coffee-mate Fat-free Vanilla Caramel<br \/>\n<em>Brew the espresso. Mix in Coffee-mate creamer and stir until dissolved. Pour into ice cube trays (or a silicone mold, it needs to be somewhat flexible). Freeze, checking on them after about an hour.
