\nNourish Cafe <\/strong>at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess’ Willow Stream Spa\u00a0not only dishes up delicious figure-friendly fare, but guests have the option of dining in the open-air atrium (complete with a lake). Menu options include the tasty quinoa crab cakes (we promise you won’t miss the tartar sauce) and the cooling carrot soup.
