(We already told you about the amazing all-day happy hour at Scottsdale&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/taste\/phoenix-food-and-restaurant-news\/cinco-de-mayo-at-blanco-tacos-tequila-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blanco Tacos + Tequila<\/a>!)<br \/>\n<strong>Spotted Donkey Cantina II<\/strong> in North Scottsdale hosts a three-day holiday Cinco de Mayo celebration May 5-7 with live music, real spotted donkeys (to pet and take photos with), Mexican cuisine, drink specials (including $2 beers and $4 margaritas) and more. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spotteddonkeycantina.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.spotteddonkeycantina.com\/<\/a>.<br \/>\nFor $24.95, Valley residents can indulge in a three-course dinner of Mexican specialties rarely found north of the border such as black bean masa cakes, smoked duck with mole verde and lime sorbet with strawberry sauce at Scottsdale&#8217;s <strong>Los Sombreros<\/strong>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lossombreros.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.lossombreros.com\/<\/a>.<br \/>\nStarting at 11 a.m., <strong>Bonfire Bar and Grill <\/strong>in Scottsdale will be serving $5 Peligroso Tequila Margaritas and shots all day. There will also be beer and food specials (mmm&#8230;charred jalapeno poppers) within the restaurant and on the patio. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thebonfireaz.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.thebonfireaz.com\/<\/a>.<br \/>\nPhoenix&#8217;s <strong>Los Taquitos <\/strong>restaurant will celebrate Cinco\u00a0de Mayo with a host of $5 menu items starting at 5 p.m. Specials include street tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas, tortas and burritos. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ltgrill.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.ltgrill.com\/<\/a>.<br \/>\n<strong>Carefree Station<\/strong> will be serving a special dinner buffet in celebration of Cinco de Mayo from 5 to 10 p.m. Throughout the day, the restaurant will also be offering $2 off its award-winning margaritas: the Smok\u2019n Guns (with habanero chiles, Mezcal and a smoked sea salt rim) and Thea\u2019s Apple Pie (made with green apple puree, cinnamon simple syrup and sparkling cider). On Cinco de Mayo, Kitchen 56 will be serving five fish or short rib street tacos for $5 all day long. Plus, three of their tequila specialty cocktails and adult lemonades will be available for $5 all day, along with other discounted drink choices. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kitchen56.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.kitchen56.com\/<\/a>.<br \/>\nFrom 11 a.m. \u2013 2 a.m., Tempe&#8217;s <strong>Cadillac Ranch <\/strong>will be hosting its 4th Annual \u201cCinco de Rancho\u201d in honor of Cinco de Mayo. All day, and long into the night, guests can enjoy such Mexicana favoritas, including $2 Dos XX, $3 Cuervo Gold Margaritas, $4 Milagro Silver Shooters and food specials ranging from $2 &#8211; $5.
