The five-course menu features lobster and foie gras brulee with gingersnap sugar crystals, winter greens kissed with a compote of Bosc pears, Crow\u2019s Dairy goat cheese, shaved truffles\u00a0and cured gravlox, a fall fruit elixir, grilled tenderloin of buffalo from the Cheyenne River Tribe or Guaymas shrimp\u00a0and diver sea scallops all completed with Kai\u2019s dressed-up version of \u201cMilk &amp; Cookies.\u201d Prices start at $125 per person. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wildhorsepassresort.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.wildhorsepassresort.com\/<\/a>.<br \/>\n<strong>T. Cook&#8217;s <\/strong>The Royal Palms Resort &amp; Spa restaurant will celebration the New Year with a four-course menu, each with four options for each course. Entrees include pan-roasted Kobe New York &#8220;Bourguignon,&#8221; Georges Bank scallops, braised veal osso bucco and, for vegetarians, curry dusted tofu with cauliflower puree. Entree choices include pancetta-wrapped veal loin with truffle potato gratin, roasted baby carrots and porcini sauce; roasted duck breast with butternut squash risotto and cherry foie gras sauce; and grilled sea bass stuffed with herbs and lemon, and served with a crab and arugula fingerling potato salad.
