Crave a nourishment on New Year&#8217;s Day? The Scottsdale resort&#8217;s LV Bistro is featuring a special Recovery Day Brunch. Brunch includes fresh fruit, yogurt, smoothies, omelet station, pancakes, eggnog French toast, pastries, bagels, scrambled eggs, eggs benedict, roasted potatoes, chicken apple and pork sausage, applewood smoked bacon, smoked salmon and sturgeon, bloody mary ceviche shooters, grilled flat iron steak, pan-seared salmon, cheeses and desserts. Desserts include an espresso and caramel tiramisu with cinnamon whipped cream and Kahlua anglaise.
