Chef Nicosia&#8217;s former post was as chef de cuisine of Constantino&#8217;s at the world-class Chiricahua Clubhouse at Desert Mountain. Prior to his time at Desert Mountain, the chef&#8211;a 13-year culinary pro&#8211;spent time at Lon&#8217;s at the Hermosa.
