The pre-dinner reception (the reception and dinner will take place at Sanctuary) will feature passed canap\u00e9s, wine and Stella Artois beer as well as the opportunity to chat with the chefs. Not surprisingly, the dinner has a New England slant; you see, Chef Thompson is from Delaware while Chef MacMillan hails from Massachusetts.<br \/>\nSashimi of Fluke: spiced coconut broth, tempura fried herbs<br \/>\nCod Duo: salt cod cake, wild mushroom, parsley sauce steamed cod in shellfish-miso broth<br \/>\nLobster Pot Pie: english peas, potatoes, black truffle<br \/>\nMonkfish \u201cPortuguese Style\u201d: sausage, heirloom tomatoes<br \/>\nMiso Panna Cotta: yuzu passion fruit gel\u00e9e, blueberry whipped cream, smoked caramel crunch<br \/>\nTickets for this unprecedented
