On Sunday, Oct. 17, Bobby Flay will be at Kierland Commons’ Sur La Table store in Scottsdale\u00a0to celebrate the launch of his new book, “Bobby Flay’s Throwdown!: More Than 100 Recipes from Food Network’s Ultimate Cooking Challenge” ($28). The Q. and A. and book-signing event will take place at 11 a.m.
