The event, which takes places from 1 to 6 p.m. at Scottsdale&#8217;s Intercontinental Montelucia Resort, intends to create collaboration and wholesale direct market opportunities between local farmers, ranchers, chefs and other food buyers.<br \/>\nThe event begins with the opportunity to network, swap stories and sample dishes. Then, guests will be addressed by keynote speaker Joe Colyn from Originz in Michigan. Lastly, there will be four breakout sessions: Using Social Media, Using the Whole Animal, Telling Your Sustainable Story and Greening Your Operations.<br \/>\nArizona Farmer+Chef Connection is $25 to attend, plus a $10 discount for educators.
