If the honor of cooking at the House wasn&#8217;t enough, Chef DeRuvo actually received a standing ovation from guests and members of the James Beard Foundation. (If you recall, Arizona chefs have made quite the presence at the James Beard House lately; Quiessence Chef Greg LaPrad cooked there this summer as well.)
