After a recent multi-million dollar renovation, elements restaurant has expanded its blueprint to include a new state-of-the-art kitchen; indoor\/outdoor event space called Praying Monk; 1,000-bottle wine corridor that would make any oenophile blush with envy; and XII, a private dining room fit for 12.<br \/>\nRecently, I joined local journalists and Chef Beau MacMillan (winner of &#8220;Iron Chef: America&#8221;) at XII for a mouthwatering 12-course dinner complete with wine pairings. Beginning with a Champagne reception inside elements new show kitchen, guests mingled while getting a VIP glimpse into the chef\u2019s kitchen before descending to our seats. Once settled, a wall of glass closed allowing for an intimate evening while still affording a grand view of the kitchen. While the multi-course tasting menu is rarely ever the same at the private chef\u2019s table, we promise the food is always amazing.<br \/>\nHere\u2019s a glimpse at the impressive 12-course dinner menu.
