\nTo celebrate the flavors of the season, Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill has just unveiled its new summer menu, available through Aug. 29. The Z’Tejas menu also features dishes that are less than 550 calories and a Skinny Margarita so bathing suit season is a good one.
\nLunch Menu
\n<\/strong>Adobo Seared Pork Quesadilla
\nSeared pork tenderloin marinated in adobo with Jack cheese, Anaheim peppers, grilled pineapple, Baja slaw and sage aioli, with a honeydew salad.
\nPollo Tinga Enchiladas
\nShredded marinated chicken in a tinga sauce made with chipotle chiles, tomato sauce and onions, topped with guajillo sauce, served with borracho beans and Z\u2019 roasted corn rice.

\nSmoked pulled chicken mixed with field greens, jicama, fresh strawberries, asparagus, spicy walnuts and cotija cheese, with ranch and sun-dried vinaigrette dressing.
