Michelle, Chenin Blanc, Ice Wine, Columbia Valley, 2006<br \/>\nThe dinner is $85 which includes the meal, wine pairings and signed copy of Chef John Sarich\u2019s cookbook \u201cChef in the Vineyard.\u201d Plus, all the featured wines can be purchased at Sportsman&#8217;s Wines on the day of the event.
