Blue Bell is hosting free scoop events in July to commemorate National Ice Cream Month and the release of its newest\u2013and super summery flavor\u2013Caramel Kettle Crunch. Here\u2019s the scoop (ha!):

\nThursday, July 8 \u2013 MADCAP Theaters

\n3:30 \u2013 5:30 pm
\nDowntown Tempe\u2019s MADCAP Theaters celebrate school-free days with a summer kids\u2019 movie series. Now through mid-August, young ones and parents can escape the heat Wednesday\u00a0through Friday while taking in one of their favorite kid flicks. On Thurs., July 8 Blue Bell will serve up \u201cpopcorn\u201d before the movie in the form of Caramel Kettle Crunch. Open to public, this free event will take place inside the theater\u2019s concessions before the 4 pm showing of \u201cShark Tale.\u201d Movie tickets are available for only $2.

\n<\/strong>Tuesday, July 13 \u2013 Bashas\u2019 & Mom\u2019s Like Me

\nEveryone is invited to stop by Bashas\u2019 for an ice cream treat as the social networking group Mom\u2019s Like Me and their little ones take the time to meet face to face. Blue Bell will be on hand to sample Caramel Kettle Crunch, demonstrate some kid-friendly ice cream recipes, and hand out coupons.
