Pickle lovers have a new reason to make a trip to Postino WineCafe<\/a>. The all-day restaurant and wine caf\u00e9 is teaming up with Grillo’s Pickles for its first-ever brand collaboration, creating a limited-time menu item that puts pickles front and center. Available at all locations through October 28, the collaboration centers around the Hot Pickle Dip, a creamy, tangy and slightly spicy appetizer designed for sharing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dip has whipped Philly cream cheese, labneh yogurt, garlic, fresh dill and Grillo\u2019s pickle brine. It\u2019s topped with Grillo\u2019s Hot Dill Pickles and served with crispy house chips and fresh vegetables, including watermelon radish, cucumbers and carrots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those looking to pair their dip with a drink, Postino\u2019s beverage team recommends a glass of Mother Block Orange Wine or a draft Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing IPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We\u2019ve always admired how Grillo\u2019s approaches their craft. Just like Postino, they care deeply about quality ingredients and creating a welcoming, unpretentious experience for their community,” said Brittany Baldwin, Chief Marketing Officer. “That shared philosophy is really what sparked this collaboration. From there, our culinary teams got creative and ended up creating a limited-time dish that feels incredibly true to both brands, and we can\u2019t wait for our guests to try it.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dip will be available at every Postino location and a handful of restaurants will take the collaboration a step further with sampling events on October 3, from noon to 2 p.m. In Arizona, the event will take place at Postino Annex in Tempe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
