For guests, an evening at Dahlia Tapas Tequila & Wine<\/a> has always been about more than dinner. Tucked into Phoenix’s Coronado neighborhood, the restaurant has built a following for its intimate atmosphere, shareable tapas and cocktails. Now, Dahlia is expanding into private events, catering and wedding celebrations while maintaining the warm, transportive spirit that has become its hallmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located at 2221 N. Seventh St., Dahlia blends flavors of Spain and Mexico with an extensive tequila, wine and cocktail program in a setting designed to bring people together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDahlia was built to feel intimate, warm and a little transportive,\u201d owner Audrey Corley said. \u201cWe wanted people to walk in, settle in and feel like they could really slow down for a while. It\u2019s about sharing food, having a beautiful drink, connecting with the people at your table and feeling like you\u2019ve stepped into someplace romantic and memorable, even if it\u2019s just for a few hours.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The restaurant recently earned national recognition when it landed at No. 79 on Yelp’s Top 100 Date Night Restaurants for 2025, an honor Corley said reflects the team’s commitment to ambiance, attentive service and carefully crafted food and drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dahlia is now offering private events and catering that bring its shareable menu and welcoming hospitality to celebrations throughout the Valley. The restaurant is also expanding its presence in the wedding space, creating memorable dining experiences for couples looking for something more intimate and unexpected than traditional banquet fare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWeddings and private events are personal, and Dahlia fits naturally into that,\u201d Corley said. \u201cOur food is meant to be shared, talked over and experienced together.
