Vandelay Companies<\/a> is continuing its expansion into Arizona with plans to bring its popular Hudson House restaurant concept to the Valley. The hospitality group recently announced that two locations are slated to open in 2027, marking the brand\u2019s Arizona debut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first restaurant will anchor PV, the $2 billion mixed-use development by RED Development, while a second location is planned for Heritage Park, the mixed-use development in downtown Gilbert\u2019s Heritage District. The announcement follows continued progress on Drake\u2019s Hollywood, another Vandelay Companies concept that is scheduled to open in Old Town Scottsdale in fall 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inspired by the charm of New York City\u2019s West Village, Hudson House has built a following for its blend of East Coast flavors and hospitality. The restaurant combines a nostalgic, polished atmosphere with a menu that balances fresh seafood, comfort food favorites and classic American fare. Guests can expect a raw bar featuring East Coast oysters alongside fish tacos, chicken parmesan and the restaurant\u2019s signature cheeseburger, made with thin-seared patties and its signature house sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Options include the savory Bleu & Gold martini, garnished with house-made blue cheese-stuffed olives, as well as the Stone Fruit martini, which blends peach vodka with white cranberry juice. Combined with weekend brunch service and an inviting bar scene, the concept is designed to offer casual lunches to celebratory evenings out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
