Founded by hospitality veterans Phillip Lewkowicz and Neal Thompson, Belmont was built on the idea of delivering exceptional food and service without the pretense. Lewkowicz brings more than a decade of industry experience, with a r\u00e9sum\u00e9 that includes helping to shape some of the Valley\u2019s most celebrated dining destinations, such as Caf\u00e9 Monarch and Reserve Scottsdale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belmont is introducing a lineup of new dining experiences designed to give guests even more reasons to stop in. Its daily Summer Happy Hour, available from 3 to 5 p.m., features handcrafted cocktails, seasonal spritzes, and chef-driven bites, including the Wagyu Burger, Crispy Rice Tuna Tartare, and Bacon-Wrapped Dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belmont is also rolling out curated dining offerings. Its Sommelier\u2019s Board, available Sunday through Thursday, pairs a rotating bruschetta flight with a bottle of wine selected by Wine Director Kyrri Rauber. Guests can also opt for Belmont\u2019s new three-course prix-fixe menu, offered Sunday through Thursday for $65 per person, with optional wine pairings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another summer experiences arrives on June 24 and July 1 with \u201cA Night in Mexico,\u201d a special three-course tasting menu created by Chef Fidencio Alatriste. Served from 4 to 9 p.m., the limited-time dinner draws inspiration from Alatriste\u2019s upbringing in Mexico and his years of professional culinary experience, celebrating the flavors, traditions, and regional influences that shaped his passion for cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
