Built around the belief that food can be indulgent, elevated, and satisfying without processed sugars, seed oils, or harsh ingredients, the menu shifts daily based on the freshest available ingredients. Wild-caught seafood, natural meats raised without antibiotics, and organic produce form the backbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI\u2019m proud of the food, of course, but I\u2019m even more proud of the people,\u201d Waziry said. \u201cWe\u2019ve built a team that feels like family, and we\u2019ve met guests who have become part of that family, too.
